The WCFQ organized the Quality in Government and Citizen Participation Forum with the objective of sharing experiences from different latitudes on quality in governments, having as one of the axes the use of the ISO 18091:2014 standard. Other axes were: Sustainable Cities, Quality in Citizen Participation, Parliamentary Quality. Among the speakers we highlight the participation of Bob Alisic, Secretary of WCQ; Carlos Gadsden Carrasco, President of FIDEGOC; Pilar Conesa, Director of Smart City Expo World Congress; Marta Lucía de la Cruz Federici, Delegate Overseer for Participation and Special Projects at Veeduría de Bogotá; Alka Jarvis, Distinguished Quality Engineer at CISCO, etc.
